Why is belt not tight?

Why is belt not tight?

S-Trim blower - i bought the setup used the sc belt looks new. when i put it on its way to lose, it would never spin the blower? whats wrong???

The Vortech kit utilizes a belt tensioner, much like the engine's accessory belt setup. Did you verify the installation referencing the Vortech installation manual?

bought the kit off a guy and he had the stock sc pulley on it and i went a size under that and i know its not because of that. from the instructions i mounted the tensioner the right way.. have no clue why the belt isn't close to fitting at all? maybe he had the tensionser setup different from the picture??

crank pulley is a 6.66 and the belt is bout 22inches long and i have the next size smaller pulley for boost. think a 3.333 which ever makes 8lbs
