Where do I start to go forced induction???

Here is my setup right now:
1995 LT4 Formula
Stage 3 LT4 heads flowed ~298 @ .650
CC306
Longtubes/duals
58mm tb
K&N FIPK
12-bolt w 3.73s
6 speed with a heavy duty Centerforce clutch
1.6 roller rockers
42# injectors
Racetronix upgraded fuel system (pump/wiring)
etc...
My car is stock displacement, 350ci. It just had a stock rebuild about 5000 miles ago (my little brother owned the car at the time).

I am now wanting to put a blower on the car. I am not worried about blowing the bottom end, cause if it happens I will just build a 355/383 for it.

What setup should I look into adding to my car? I am looking into the P-1SC. I believe that setup comes with twin intercoolers. My car right now dynos 420rwhp/405rwtq. Where would the P-1SC put me at, roughly?

I am guessing your around 11:1 or so compression wise. You need to verify that. I'd get either a T trim or D1 blower and skip the smaller.

like RealQuick said, and if your somewhat pressed for cash. Go with the P1Sc cuz you can always upgrade it to a D1Sc.

As for power, if you can get it to hold and tune it well, 50% more power should be able to be attained if you produce ~8-9 psi.

Okay, the car should be at stock compression, 10.8:1.

So with a T-Trim or D1, about where would that put me, power wise???

It is going to have a real good tune done on it. I am taking the car to who Nitro Dave uses to tune all his stuff, Moe Horsepower =)

With stock cubes, do I need to keep the blower at 8-9psi?

With the setup you have now... 525rwhp shouldnt be a problem at all with conservative tune.

Anything more then 9psi.. you might not get 10 miles before she blows. The stock pistons are crap, then ring lands are the first to go.

Says in the Procharger P1SC owners manual if you exceed 5,700 RPM or have an airfoil (YES IT SAYS THAT) that boost levels will be too much for a stock lt1 and it may cause engine damage. And thats with the 8-9psi pulley (stock motor)

I would bet money your bottom end doesnt last 1000 miles with all the power you would be making with those heads...you said you would upgrade the bottom end anyways, so why not do it now? I broke a ring land on a stock piston with only 8 psi (no heads/cam) and was making 350 rwhp at 6000 feet altitude (456 rwhp corrected). Be prepared to spend some $
