GT45 here.
You DONT want to have one bank a normal header back to the exhaust and the other to the turbo. Both sides should be spooling a turbo (or a pair). It's not a good idea to do it otherwise.

you run a good amount of pressure on the intake side, your boost. But if that's 10psi lets say, between the exhaust valve and the turbo you might see 20-30psi. So if one bank is under that much load pushing against it, and the other isnt, one bank will breathe easier, and the other obviously will work harder, which is bad on the bearings, will effect the tune, cylinder temps, EGT's, everything. the two banks would be totally different.

Re: what turbos do you turbo guys run?
well at the moment im installing 1 now,i was not aware that 1 would not be enough im still going to run 1 t3/t4 just to see how well it works,im really doing this to improve a low buck turbo build up on LT1's ive been cooking up.ive already done the whole boosted honda thing for 500.00 and made more power and reliabilty than most kits that run 1500.00 to 3000.00...in fact i made the little zc powered crx(stock internals) eat my formula alive it would leave it by 2 1/2 cars in the quarter...for real...oh and the type of turbo im running is a supra t3/t4 cT26 i have a picture of it but for some reason im not able to post it.

That is not one of the twin supra turbo's is it? My talon has a T25, and if it is anything close to it that thing is dinky and will never flow enough air for a 350!
