What plugs should I run?

I just recently purchased a 94 z28. I need to do plugs and wires. What plugs and wires should I run for the mods that are done to my car. The plugs that are in the car are a platnuim plug that I do not think is right for what I need. What are your sugestions. Mods listed below.
