Do I just need to buy a crank and blower pulley? If so what size do I need and where can I buy them. thanks.

The following equation can be used to calculate boost after a pulley change if you know the boost before the change:

Boost after = Boost before * (old sc pulley / new sc pulley * new crank pulley / old crank pulley)^2

And if the above is too complicated, just go for the 7" crank pulley, that will do the trick.

If you are considering serious power later and have some extra cash, this is probably the best way. The problem with this is it is very expensive. over $200

The cheaper way is if you are running the 3.33" crank pulley now, you can just install in a 3.125" pulley. Used ~$35.

Make sure you are tune for the increase boost or else it will end up costing $5-7K.

cheers

On my old s-trim I ran a stock crank pulley and a 2.75 blower pulley and saw 10 psi. This was through stock heads and an aftercooler.

That's a good point. It really depend on the system and what your existing crank pulley is right now and maybe use that equation on top.

Because when I was with my 350, I saw 10# with the 6" and 3.125" pulley setup going through a AFR 190's and a mild cam.

Then later on my 396 with the 6" and 2.75" I only see 6#.
