Please give me the pros and cons of a Alk injection system for my s-trim and pros and cons for a aftercooler setup... which is more effective and will make more hp? 94 z28

The discussion has been done with water/air aftercooler, air/air aftercooler, water, alcy etc. Do a search - there's a pile of huge threads on this.

I say personally IMHO adding alcy to a "Street" setup means one more thing that can be accidentally empty. If that runs out and your system needs it to keep from knocking, you'd be in trouble. I say use both.

alright i will have to do some searches for posts. also if i found a intercooler off a early 90's thunderbird all i would have to do is just buy tubing to route it to the blower. right?

Thanks

Or you can buy a kit with a GM low sensor in the alky tank and an LED in the car to tell you when it's low... my kit (alky control) has that =)

I'm also doing the same thing. But while knowing the tank is low is good - what happens when you're out playing for a few days and havent filled up? Low or not you could still run out.
