water/air intercooler???

No. Water has a higher specific heat than any alcohol and is a better fluid for heat transfer.

The primary use of Meth is that of a fuel. There are secondary uses as well but none of which is heat exchanger related.

Would you consider filling your radiator with washer fluid?

At 25C:

Cp Water = 4.18 kJ kg−1 K−1
Cp Meth = 2.54 kJ kg−1 K−1
