Valve cover removable with procharger installed??

From: NEPA 15min to stroudsburg, 30min to A-town, 45min to Wilkes-Barre
Valve cover removable with procharger installed??
I'm going to have the rockers adjusted, 1 side ticking a little. The S/C might be installed before that. Can they be removed without messing with the S/C?
