Twin Turbo setup

I was looking for a twin turbo LT1 kit and I found a kit on www.chargedair.com. I was just wondering if anyone has used this kit. Good things from the company, or shaddy characters? Please help.

I agree with got_hp......call ProTurbo and ask for Greg Johns. They are making a very nice single kit for the LT1's now.

Has ANYONE found a 50-state smog-legal turbo kit yet?

there will NEVER be a 50 state legal turbo kit. simply by the nature of the beast, it effects the way the catalysts work. sorta like 50state legal long tubes, never gonna happen

I have to express a dissenting opinion here....there COULD be a CARB legal twin turbo kit.......with the right design and enough money for CARB testing. Incon had the right idea......good, solid design.......bad management. They had CARB approval on the twin turbo kit for the Mustang. The problem is that 4 years ago when Incon was first prototyping the LS1 setup it was going to cost them over $50k to put it through CARB testing. It takes a lot of kits sold to recover from that hickey.

I know that a CARB-approved turbo setup would be VERY difficult to deveople because of the gov't restrictions on not beiang able to move cats and so forth, but I'm just hoping someone will do it.

Seeing all the limitiations on modding my vehicle, and how many long researched plans I've had to completely scrap because they didn't like it, I volunteer!

*raises hand*

id like to deport all tree-hugging, bleeding-heart, hippie scumbags and drop them all off (with or without parachutes) in the middle of the rainforest with no provisions.
