Turbonetics vs. Garrett T-Series

Hey guys, I'm looking to pic up a new turbo for my setup. I just got rid of a Turbonetics T-76 P-trim and I'm looking to get a Q-trim. I've been told that Garrett offers the same t-series compressor wheels with better bearings and with a GTQ turbine wheel for about the same cost.

I have to go with a 2.5" compressor discharge just in the way that the turbo is set up in my corvette, so that's the limiting factor to what I can buy. Its very tight where its at and I can't have any bigger outer dimentions on the turbo.

Are the Turbonetics and the Garrett t-series going to be pretty much the exact same? I'd like to get the extra flow of the GTQ wheel if I could, but if the turbo is bigger in any way, it's not going to fit.

Forget GTQ, its barely flows "if any" more then a standard Q-trim. Give me a call we can go over this with details.
