Restrictor

I can say i didn't go out of my way to put a restictor in the oil line. I'm not the only person having problems with master powers. Ask Jose, thats why he doesn't carry there product any more.

Because he says the turbo is blowing oil and almost any turbo will ned a restrictor on tye oil feed side if the feed line is too big or the drain line isnt setup just right. Oil cant drain out of the bearing section fast enough and leaks thru the seals which causes the blowing of oil.

I'd love to hear it ...shoot me a pm. Also we are not the only ones that dropped them. All their major dealers that started with them, I don't think but a few are left. Even the original dealer which was B&G has had enough. Their is "another" post about more MP problems on turbomustangs, plus the folks that ran MP operations in the US, are no longer there. Also its still 3-6 months for a standard rebuild or warranty work from MP ....flat out ridiculous. Their maybe 2 sides to every story, but when their are lots of dealers chanting the same story, which do you think is true?? Goodluck with them.

Now as for PTE and T-netics. Both are great products that we sell and rebuild and manufacture custom parts for. The only thing really that would seperate them would be the GTS turbine wheel is a little larger, so a little more power, but its also a little heavier so it lags a little more. Tnetics has the best warranty by far, and the units are fully polished, but the MPS turbine wheel is a little smaller "0.10" , but its lighter.

Intalling t76

I removed the MPt70 yesterday and inspected the turbine. I found that that shaft had a lot wiggle/slop. So when it warms up a little more today, the pt76 is going on.

Its alive

The car is up and running with its new turbo. We'll be on our way to daytona fl for the turkey rod run. Once again, thanks for all the info and after x-mas I should have some new dyno numbers with the dual intank pumps and some big boost .
