I was thinking two t3/t4 turbos. My plans are for a good/streetable 600-700 HP. I would figure a healthy 350 wouldn't have any problem spooling them up and making boost around 2500-3000 rpms. Does this sound about right?

Thanks for all the help so far guys.

I guess that's fine if that's all you want but i'm not like that. I set a goal of 400hp and as soon as I hit it i'm trying to figure out how I can get 500hp.

If your like me, you should plan for the future. I'd go a t3/t4 and a t70 or larger. That way if you ever plan to raise the boost and get some more power you don't have to buy another turbocharger. They are good for like 1200hp and you have a t3/t4 spooling it up even faster than your 350 cubic inches can. Just a thought.

If this were my setup, I would be all over the more HP figure, but this is my bud's car that we will be working on, and he probably won't ever even race the thing. To each his own, I guess.

For my setup, though... For the small turbo/large turbo, is each driven separately by the different banks, or does a person run both exhausts into one and then into the next?

You can run the turbo's in tandom or by the different banks. Which is better?? You tell me because I have no clue. I guess both would be the same because both turbo's are spooling and still both doing it at the same time. If you run in tandom you won't have to have 2 of everything and that's always a plus!!

The larger turbo wouldn't be a larger drag would it?

So much to think about. I definately had better get a book on turbo charging.
