depends on what kit you go with, my first kit went in and didnt have to change anything, not even the fans, now im running a t6 turbo so i had to stand the radiator up and use pusher fans!

Well, with the header kit, out of my price range kinda, you can see the anglee and location of the turbo would be doable as how the radiator sits now, but with the log or cast manifold kit the turbo sits parallel to the radiator right in front of the optispark, so thats why i asked.

I am so very tempted to go with an STS kit, but if im gonna build the motor, I'm so stuck on what to do as far as an STS vs. Realquick kit. Both have advantages and disadvantages, and i've searched all about each for the last week i've been reading reviews on both and watching videos, I'm f'in stuck. I've got the motor build down now, just trying to decide the FI part now.

I can take care of you. Radiator can stay in the stock location with any of my kits, you just need slimmer electric fans. I build/layout the kit based on the customer's needs. Just let me know if i can help.

For the oil feed and return lines, where do those need to be tapped into on your kit realquick?

Oil feed comes from a hole in the block above the oil filter. There is a plug there from the factory.

The return is a different story. I give you the fittings for returning the oil to the front driver's corner of the oil pan. If you don't want to deal with the oil pan (due to it being already installed in the car), then you can do what I did:

Drain line from the turbo to a scavenge pump. The scavenge pump pushes oil to the a tapped fitting on the oil fill cap. Nice and easy to do (and the way STS does it). If you have the oil pan off for the build, then definitely do a drain to the pan. I can weld a bung on to your pan for you if needed.

Guys, i forgot to ask about the LT1 intake, its ported, well gasket matched only, i really couldn't see much more i could do with it but its got pretty huge ports on it now, will that be sufficient with the TC76? I really can't budget much more.

Also if just replacing the main bolts with studs, i don't need to redo the main bearings do I? they have 3500 miles on them, clevite 77s.

Oh and headgaskets, what to use to support 600-700hp, i don't want cometics, i used those on my 466ci big block, and i regret it, they seeped so much damn coolant at the beginning, i want a solid gasket no MLS.

As for rods, i'm going for some eagle or scat H beams with the stock crank, JE pistons probably -31cc. ARP main and head studs, stock heads ported or maybe a LE set. Either off the shelf or custom turbo cam from comp with matching springs, retainers, locks, shims, etc. Hallman EVO RX pro MBC with cockpit adjustable cable, LC1, autometer boost gauge.

Madtuner OBDII to OBDI ECU swap with tune, and tunercats for future tuning

Good? or am i forgetting something?
