A guy local to me has a Icon TT 94 Mustang that he claims his times are

1/4 10.78@130 in 89* weather with ET streets and 7PSI
Now the next run he says is on M/T slicks 80*,slicks and 13 PSI

Would 5 psi and 10* cooler temp make that big of a difference?
