Question Tuning w/o Supercharger

I am about to be able to drive my car for the first time and I was wondering if it would be alright to run on the same program. I bought my car messed up. It has an S-trim Vortech supercharger, CNC heads, low compression pistons, and 42 pound injectors with no FMU. When I get everything together I want to make sure that everything is good before I put the supercharger on it. The computer is progamed by Atlanta Chasis Dyno for what it has on it. I was wondering if I could drive around without the supercharger and the same programing? I have a scanner but do not have any way to tune it.

Yes, although top speed blasts or bouncing it off the rev limiter aren't suggested. If you drive it around town like a sane person, you should be fine.
