tining issues blower vs turbo

I was wondering what the issues for tuning with turbos as opposed to turbos. If your car has the poper tuning equipment(FAST), after the first tune, is either setup required to be re-tuned more than the other?
Is the labor for tuning a turbo car alot more labor intensive than a blower car? is the cost much more significant for tuning a turbo than a blower?
Thanks for the input guys... I am still debating between blower and turbo, I am in Iraq and am nearing saving up $15,000 for my project and am trying to do some serious research.

Depending on who is tuning it is probably the main concern. Turbo might be a little more tunning time because boost isn't linear. It will depend on the power/psi level, and if its just for the track or street too. Go for which ever system you would like to drive. Turbo

Both are equally easy to tune IMO

sleeperz28, did you do your own tuning yourself? If you did, did it take alot of practice and or instruction from an individual who knew what he was doing? do you need a dyno to tune your car?
