Supercharger and Flows

I have a 2001 Trans Am and Im looking into buying a supercharger for it. I wanted to know will a supercharger ruin the sound of my flowmaster 80 series.

No, but the 80 series flowmaster will ruin the power of the supercharger.

Then is there another exhaust I should use?

Hooker Aerochamber mufflers have proven themselves to me over and over.
