Stuck in cell 16 128/128 at Idle or at any time TPS=0

so i finally got tired of my car runing rich as hell (12.1s on my wideband at idle) I noticed that i am stuck in cell 16 and my blms are at 128/128 and my 02s do not go up and down..just sit at .900s....It seems like they are locked or something?!~ i dont know...give it little gas and everything works great, o2s start to move and blms go to 127ish..let of the gas..and back to cell 16 128/128 and .900s on the o2.....WHAT IN THE WORLD?!
Never had that problem when the car was na..i would usualy have a split blm and bottomed out blm..lol arrr! help

Mine has done the exact same thing after I put the 72 lb injectors in. I've played with inj constant, voltage, etc in the programming and it always idles at 12.5 AFR and the O2's never move at idle. I don't know if the injectors are so big they just can't squirt that small amount of fuel or what.

Are you using a MAF or Speed Density? I have really good luck using a descreened MAF and limiting the BLMS to +-3. I richened the MAF table up just a hair in the cam surge areas. It runs at a perfect 14.7 all the time except at WOT then it goes to 11.8. This method completely takes the O2's out of the equation but still allows you to run closed loop.

Another thing that can cause low AF ratio at idle is turbulence in the intake air near the MAF. Hope this helps.

My files are Tunercat for OBD2. I doubt you can even open them with your software. The files end in .cal.

Are you using MAF or SD? MAF Location? Bypass Location? Need more info.

MAF is in stock location..bypass is before the MAF by the intercooler. Using MAF ofcourse

It sounds like it is in WOT (PE) mode at idle. Check your "%TPS Threshold for WOT vs RPM" table. It should be 66% from 0 rpm all the way to 2800 Rpm. This table tells the computer to go to WOT at 66% throttle position in those rpm ranges. These are the numbers in my table.

%TPS RPM

66.0 0
66.0 400
66.0 800
66.0
66.0

37.9
28.1
28.1
28.1
28.1
28.1 6000
28.1 6400

i had the same problem with the powerdyne file that they sent and told me not to mess with. i had changed everthing i could think of except the maf calibration. was told that was black magic and could not be modified. but after 56 plugs in three days(and alot of busted knuckles and cusswords) i changed it anyway. i went from under 10.1 afr to almost 13.1 with minor tuning. save your old file so you have backups but that was the best thing i ever did. went from stuck 108 and 80 both banks and stuck in cell 16,17,18 to heaven
