actually the track just opened yesterday where i live. Motor is sold though so I cant really run it unless the kid will let me. Im guessing at 14 psi it would have been a low 11 do to nittos and soft launching. I got 11.5 at 127 out of the d1 at 600 rwhp and this is defineltly faster but i dont know how well it would come out of the hole with the 6 speed. At 10 psi it was 639 615 tq at 14 psi it was over 700 rwhp before the head gasket blew...fixed it but never went back to dyno since it was decemeber and the car was being put into storage. Then over the winter I decided I wanted a big stroker which was gonna go with the sts but phamspeed popped up and i liked the kit and one thing led to another and im going for 1000rwhp on pump gas real soon. I believe i was at the limit with the sts for what i wanted to do.

Knowing what I know now I don't like all the rigging that goes into it. That's prob why I thought it was expensive, comparing to basic V-SC kit...But self-contained....I likey!! I oil pan drilling...

Well if I'm gonna spend 4gs on an FI kit (STS) I'd mind aswell get an ATI kit. What's the stock kit boost wise? 6lbs?? I understand that the LS1's have a high comp ratio and boost is a touchy thing. What else will I need? Besides fuel upgrades. Internals? I will get a cam for it FIRST so I dont have to move the SC to get to the cam, that is one of the reasons I was thinking about the STS...Underhood space not effected.. I have heard of PPL getting special cams for N20, is it he same for FI?? I might actually do a H&C before the SC....

I will be doing full roller valve trane.....FLOW THEROY!!! YESS!!! It will be about 6-8 months before I get it, though. I just want to get my mind straight before I settle.. I am NOT cutting corners w/ this car...If I'm going to dive into the motor I mind aswell do other things while I'm in there..

Thanx for the help everyone!! Give me more ideas!
i got my procharger kit from bob at www.exoticperformanceplus.com
He is a great guy and will take time to answer your questions. his number is 260-483-9300....and he beats the competition by 20 dollars.

LT1 STS

Yes 12.1 @ 126 and the MPH is what i was looking for at the time. A stock 10 bolt and street suspension = I wasn't set up or looking at my ETs as you can see in the video. Now if i were to spend some $$$$ to set it up for the track, and intern not ride well on the street, i garante that wouldn't be a 12.1
Yes, a conventional system would be nice, but the STS kit has given many people the option to go turbo that normally would not have. The kit has proven to put down power. I have had the kit on for 2 years and no compaints.

As of now, at sea level, 13.1@107.x, in decent air.

Not the quickest for the power level for sure.... But since I "wasn't set up or looking at my ETs " then hopefully I should pick up a good second or two in the quarter
