PT76GTS to be exact. Realquick is doing a header based hot-part kit, I'm going to horizontally mount a FMIC, and my FAST is being ordered within a couple of weeks. Things are finally starting to take shape.

Nice, thats the turbo I want, lol.

Why a horizontal mount IC though?

Should make for a nice setup, what bottom end/heads/cam?

Sorry, I'm new to this stuff. What's a standalone? Does it do everything a FAST XFI can do?

I can't solder small stuff to save my life, hence the FAST. That, and something about the megasquirt just doesn't sit right with me.

Here's the setup on the car (items in parenthesis are incomplete):

Motor is a 383:
LE Ported Trick Flow Heads and LT4 manifold
BRE Custom blower cam (after discussing this with Bret for a few days we decided to keep the cam as-is)
Bottom end is thirty over, Lunati Sledgehammer Crankshaft, Lunati Pro-Billet rods, custom dished Diamond pistons
Cloyes double roller timing set
Morel Lifters
O-Ringed block and copper head gaskets
95+Opti Conversion
Meziere WP

Rest of car:
McLeod Street Twin
D&D T56
(need a good driveshaft)
Strange 12 Bolt

track wheels are Centerline Telstar's, 15x4 and 15x8 with 26x10.5 ET Streets

Fuel system is a custom dual in-tank, stock lines until they're deemed a restriction, (adjustable fuel pressure regulator), and (96# low impedance injectors).

Going to fab up my own induction piping and cold side piping with a 31x18x4 FMIC. I'm horizontally mounting it under the nose for efficiency and lack of intrusion. I am simply not willing to cut open the nose in the front or sacrifice the fog lights. I'll probably do a pull fan on the top of the FMIC. I WILL be running a water injection system, most likely with 100% meth.

Suspension needs some fixin. Right now I have a UMI Chassis mount torque arm on the car and 1LE lower control arms. I have a BMR K-Member and UMI lower front A-Arms waiting to go it (going to mock up the motor/k-member/turbo and hot parts on the stand first). BMR subframe connectors are already in place. Need new lower control arms, panhard bar, and strut tower brace. And a cage.

The reason for the change of heart? A D-1SC on this setup just wasn't going to satisfy me. The motor had a ton of planning and time spent figuring out a good combination put into it (and a ton of money). It was built to withstand pretty much anything I can give it, so I'm stepping it up. Right now the goal is to eclipse the 800 RWHP mark on pump gas with the meth, in a TRUE daily driven LT1, complete with A/C, power steering, and ABS.

Once I start getting some more parts in hand I'll start a build thread. The motor I've had in my possession since August, on the stand. I am ordering the FAST as soon as I can get the taxes filed and a small loan paid off. After that, it's just 4 and 5 bill parts to the finish line.

That's the plan. Drive it to the track, click off some times, drive it home, change wheels, take it to work.
