Single plane blow through power range?

What will the usable power range be on a 383 with heads that flow in the 330's and a edelbrock single plane with a maxed out D1SC. I know the single plane will make power on up to 9000+ rpm, but will it leave me with no low end or will the blower make up for that. I don't plan on revving past 6500 rpms unless the motor will take it. I have a small blower cam 224/231 114LSA and .558 lift with 1.65 rockers. I might switch to a more aggressive cam before I install the motor, to help out with the low end a bit. But I just don't want to build a motor that is only happy in the 3000+ range since it'll be mostly street driven.

Also I tried a few of the compression calculators and got totally different numbers each time. Can someone help me out and let me know where my compression ratio will be at.

Specs.
350 bored .030 over(383)
3.75 stroke
4.030 bore
probably .040 gasket thickness
-24cc pistons
230cc heads with a 72cc combustion chambers
pistons should be installed .010" into the cylinders(haven't measured yet)

I used the one on this site(which don't take into consideration the gasket bore) and came up with 8.4:1
