Researching Turbo's

I starting to toy around with the idea of a turbo on down the road. What companies should I be checking out. I like the idea of the rear mounted turbo.Any opinions.

Re: Researching Turbo's

My opinion would be do it right and get a front mount! I just pissed off so many STS guys NAh, they arent that bad! There is no doubt though in what engineermike stated. PTK is the best kit made not only for lt1 and ls1 camaros, but also for pretty much any generation mustang. One drawback, they are very expensive. But like they say, you get what you pay for. Dalton over at PTK is very knowledgable and can help you decide which turbo head unit is best for you. Check out the site, www.proturbokits.com. Or you can reach jose at www.forcedinductions.com. They are having a special deal right now where you get $300.00 off of the F-body kit. There is one undeniable diffrence though between the STS and the PTK, the PTK is alot more efficient (will make MUCH more power) up to 1,200hp. Good luck with your project. Keep us updated!

Re: Researching Turbo's

Sorry I am stealing this post but if I got the Hot parts kit from ptk what else would i need to purchase besides the turbo, to get it to bolt on to my lt1 - not talking internal engine work just the turbo itself.
