no, its the actual metal bar that that black stuff is attached to...that black stuff is something for the impact...

Thanks man, I should be able to get some more up tomorrow...works been insane, as I write this I've been stuck in flushing since 415, its 638...no trains cause of some crap going down. Tomorrow I might actualy do a short write up on how to cut it up since a lot of people ask for it
