Pulleying up... do I need a new bypass valve?

Pulleying up... do I need a new bypass valve?

When my 396 goes in I'll be pullying up my S-Trim to get it to spin just about 50K at shifts, which is the max for an S-Trim.

Will I need a "better" bypass valve? How does one know?
