Pulley combo's...
I had this same question when we were doing my 383 swap.
Here is the info I got from ATI (This is with a 7.65 crank Pulley on a P1SC on a stock Lt1).
6# = 4.5 inch blower pulley
9# = 4.25 inch blower pulley
12# = 3.75 inch blower pulley
15# = 3.4 inch blower pulley
I have the 3.4 inch blower pulley and with my setup. 383 with almost 9:1 compression, stock heads, CC305 cam, 2 core intercooler, longtubes and open borla, I am seeing 10# of boost.
Here is ATI Phone number 913-338-3086 if you ever need to contact them.
Hope that helps,
Claude

Here is the Formula he spoke about for the P1SC:
Crank Pully divided by Blower Pulley Times 4.1 (which is the Internal Set-up ratio) Times Motors Red Line (shift points)
For example I am running a 3.4 Blower pulley and a 7.65 crank Pulley with my P1SC and I am shifting the motor at 5900 rpms.
Here is what it looks like:
7.65 Divided by 3.4 Times 4.1 Times 5900rpms = 54,427 Blower RPMs
The Max RPM for the P1SC is 62,000 rpms and I could pulley up but My 2 core intecooler is having a tough time cooling down the 10psi of boost Its currently making on my set up, so for now, I will stick with what I have until I can afford a 3 core.
Thx,
Claude
