Talking PTK= Excellent Customer Service

Last week I placed an order for a Gen 2 kit A2A with PTK and all I can say is WOW, when it comes to their customer service and suppport! In the weeks proceeding my order, Jose at Forced Inductions fielded every question that I had about this kit. Very nice guy and very knowledgable as you might already know form this site. Also, Dalton and Greg at PTK were great when it came to handling and completing my order. I realize that these kits may take up to three months in some people's experience to recieve, but keep in mind, its hand built and the chances of you encountering one at your local stomping grounds is highly unlikely. Anyways, Im not here to give my 2 cents on what turbo kit I believe to be superior, I am just passing on a GREAT experience, which is rare in these days of FU customer service.

Sorry that we are VERY hard to get ahold of. We are growing on a daily basis and the phones stay ringing off the hook. If you don't get ahold of us, e-mail us also. We get a ton of e-mail a day, but we try to answer them as soon as possible.

Its done and on the road. I need to shoot some video of the car and get some dyno pulls on it. Just not enough time with the business. Part of life I guess....lol

I too agree. I ordered my Gen 2 kit A2A back in Feb. through Dalton. And man everything from questions to processing the order was very accurate. Not to many companies like that kind of service anymore. Especially for people like me. Who live way across the Pacific (Hawaii) need a trusted and knowlegable company to handle my order and money through a phone or email. Even Jose at http://forcedinductions.com/ answered all my questions even before I bought the kit. At first I was very skeptical about buying the kit. So I post some questions there ( http://forcedinductions.com/siteforum.htm ) (as RHED) and all my questions got answered accurately. Then I bought it. . Anyway I have no regrets and I'm glad I did it.
Just want to thank Dalton and Gregg at PTK. Also Jose at http://forcedinductions.com.

Well then, i have a video request . Can you put the vid cam on top of the air bag on the steering wheel (duct tape, LOL) showing the gauges and hit it from a stop to 120+?
From a roll would be great too, since you'll most likely be traction limited. I've got a vid of a 450rwhp 03 cobra doing 0-150 like that, and i've been searching forever to find a vid like that of these turbo'd monsters. That's awsome to see how fast you're really going, since you can't feel anything by watching vids.

I'm hoping to be able to give PTK a call in the near future. They seem to have really cleaned up their act over the last year or so.

Thumbs up Re: PTK= Excellent Customer Service

Just wanted to make sure that I also gave a REALLY big thanks to Jose, owner of Forced Inductions! Jose has answered every question that I have been able to come up with (alot) and has always been very helpful and knows more of turbos than I could ever hope to know. I am planning on spending some money at Forced Inductions this summer. Thanks again Jose!
