Procharger P-1Sc install ?s

I've got most of it done just need a sanity check.

#1 Does anyone have pics of how the filter and MAf sit up in the fender well? I seem to be having some diffuculty getting it situated

#2 What do I do with the vacuum lines form the opti? I've though about drilling two holes in the intake side of the charger and sticking them in there so they always have vacuum like OEm.

#3 Has anyone left there OEM PCV system the way it was? I left mine stock and put two breathers in the pass. valve cover. Will this suffice?

#4 those who are venting the bypass to atm. what are you using to block of the place where it goes back into the intake track of the supercharger?

Thanks everyone. Hoping to fire the new motor off tomm and I want everything to be right.

For #3, I would not leave the PCV system stock. I would vent to the atmosphere by running a hose from the PCV down the inside engine compartment or use a breather.

#4 Why not just have the bypass go back into the intake tract as it was designed? I don't see the point in doing it another way unless you're doing a blow-through MAF setup.

Good luck

Because I have read and talked to a few guys who say that it keeps you IATs down. Recirculating charged air increases the intake air temp over just venting it out

Pics on my website of air filter placement. Also I would not drill anything into the blower, I have a 94 with no venting so I dont know what to do.

Yeah...I was looking at your pics earlier this week. Did that accordian black hose help everything fit into the bumper cover like it "supposed" to? Where did you pick that up?

It's the intake hose from a dodge 318, almost all the late 80' to mid 90's dodges (v6-v8) have this style intake hose. It made it very easy to install, ATI didn’t even send a hose. Just go to the` junk yard you can find millions of thrifty hose, especially off diesels. You can also put the MAF up top which yields more room.

Thats what I would like to do to keep it from possibly getting wet. Just trying to figure out a way to do it with what ATI gave me. I was very disaapointed with the kit and especially the directions.
