Problem starting and with idle after adding Procharger

I have just finished my ATI D1-SC install and when trying to start I had to depress the accelerator for it to start and the idle was very rough. I just ran it for a little and I went WOT throttle and after letting off it died. It started back up and ran extremely rough and won't idle. The opti is brand new. I just changed the plugs and the wires are good. The PCM is an OBDI conversion done by PCMforLESS with a tune for the supercharger. I broke in the motor with the stock 24lbs injectors and OBDII computer right before adding the supercharger and it ran fine. Any ideas where to start looking for the problem?

Did you go wot with the 24lb injectors or with the 50's?. If it started rough when you put in the new injectors I think I would start there. Did you log the run to see what the car was doing?

was it running rich or lean? Either can cause rough idling -- do you have glowing headers or lots of grey/black smoke?

One of the hoses connected to the blow off valve came off. I am still having trouble starting the car. I needed to move the screw in to open the blades to keep it idling.
