Powerdyne...How much boost

I have a used powerdyne kit and was wondering what size it is. At the front edge of the flange it looks to be 3 1/8". Does that make it a 4.5 or a 6 lb kit?

A 3.12" is for 4 lb. and the 2.93 is for 6 lb.
