Has anyone taken one of these apart??? Any advice would be great.

I haven't had one apart but go to corral.net in the supercharger forum and ask this question there. Quite a few Mustang guys have rebuilt their Powerdyne head unit. Should be able to get part numbers for the internal belt over there. I'll assume the internal belt has broken since you want to take it apart. Otherwise there isn't any reason to split it open.
