Powerdyne blower?

Anyone using a Powerdyne on their LT1? I really want a Vortech but if I have to I may go with a powerdyne. How do you like it and what kind of boost numbers are they good to? How much HP will they support? Any info is helpful. Thanks

I ran the powerdyne unit on one of my LT1's. If I were you, I would not run this kit. It is not upgradeable and won't support serious horse power. Have you considered ATI as an option? ATI makes a damn good blower. Intercooled with every kit. Much more of a power gain that powerdyne and a lot cheaper than vortec with an intercooler. Big power to be had with ATI.

Well ... I love my Powerdyne. It puts out 6 lb. boost and can't be upgraded from that. No big deal and makes enough power for some real fun. Check the sig.

Quiet and easy to install. If I was in the market no however, I would get an ATI or Vortech. The Powerdyne used to be a lot cheaper than the others, now they are pretty much equal for a 6 lb. kit.

Later ... Larry S.

I would go for a ATI or Vortech do it right the first time. The blower is the least amount of money you will be spending.
