6psi is about 60 horsepower (non-intercooled). So maybe 6 tenths in the quarter?

Might want to wait for people with numbers before you listen to me though!

Wow, not worth the money to me...sounds like 125 shot of nitrous will work better for me,...thanks!

I think a 125 shot will beat a 6psi supercharger (nonIC) any day. But N2O has drawbacks too. If you're out, you're slow.

What does a bottle cost to fill? Something like $40? (guess). So if a bottle lasts for one week on the street (I think that might be conservitive), and you drive 6 months out of the year (Indiana), thats about $1000 a driving-year.

BTW, Why go with Powerdyne? Do you have a good deal on one? Just wondering.

Sounds like you might be just racing the car...?...In which case you may get more from N2O.

Nitrous is what your looking for if you want impressive ET's..

I've never seen a bolt on blower kit impress me (at the track ET wize) as a simple nitrous kit. What people forget is with a blower kit your getting more peaky power (compared to nitrous)

Post Re: Powerdyne 6psi, how much ET drop?

I picked up .783 with my 6# Powerdyne.

NA
8.634@80.58mph

SC'rd 6# Powerdyne
7.836@88.88mph

The .783 is equivalent to a 100 shot and I would MUCH
rather knock off that amount of time with a SC'er than
with nitrous. I'm not saying I don't spray, I'm saying its alot
more convenient and fun doing it with a supercharger.
