Power curve question

my power curve doesnt look like a curve at all, it looks like a line...at a 45* slope. my question is, if i get a cam, more oriented to midrange (2500-4500) power, would it give me a flatter curve? like it compensates for the blower while it gets up in the rpms, and once the cam begins to fall off, the blower compensates for the cam. hope i made sense, and am on the right track with this.

Re: Power curve question

Supercharger curves generally look like that and I don't think there is much you can do about it cause they make more power up high as you can see from the curve. If it's a roots type blower, it will make a lot of power down low and your curve won't look as much like that. A cam will give you more power, but generally, the curve will probably look close to the same. You can do what I did and spray it at the same time. Then you have that instant nitrous spike that trends down as the supercharger curve trends up. That will flatten it out.
