Potentially stupid supercharger question.

I've never messed with any forced induction but I thought instead of doing a heads an cam package I could do a low psi supercharger setup something like 4psi. Correct me if I'm wrong but couldn't you just take an Eaton M90 off a gtp and rig up a setup to connect it to the belt drive and intake of an lt1?

Not an easy thing to setup. There is someone on here who has done it though. I believe his nick is ROOSTER93V8, although I think he is looking to go to a centrifugal SC.

Re: Potentially stupid supercharger question.

I believe he used an M112 or something, I think the 90 would be a bit small to feed an LT1. Also, I don't know if 4 lbs will offset the power it will take to turn the pulleys, but you might give it a try.
