Plugging a hole in vortech elbow

Guys I installed an devils own injection kit a few weeks ago. The injection pin was put in the plastic elbow just before the the hard elbow connecting to the throttle body. Hope that makes sense. Anyway I mounted the injection point to close and there is very little meat for the hose clamp to grab onto. IT will connect but under boost the connection just gets blown off. Basically i need to move the nozzle back about half an inch. What can I use to plug the hole in the intake tube. I was thinking silcone, liquid nails, etc. someone mentioned to put a piece of metal on the outside but it will be hard to get it flat and clean and still allow for a nice connection. any other ideas? thanks in advance

Whatever you use, make sure it will never dislodge and get injested by the motor. There are plastic welders out there, but i'd contact Vortech for a replacement.
