Picture of Procharger MAF Relocation

Here is a picture of my MAF Relocation. You'll notice it does not say procharger on it anywhere. Stealthy. It looks like a cold air intake. Now, if I could just get rid of the whistle...

Where did you get that large 45 degree bend?

I bought everything from ATi Procharger. This is the new upgrade for the 3 core intercooler. I like the ribs on the ends of the metal tubing. It keeps hoses from popping off under high boost. The cast 3.5 inch elbow was the only expensive part at $120.

So how much is the kit from the elbow to the 45 degree angle? I plan on using the old elbow with my new FMIC set up however I need a 45 degree bend like that.

Re: Picture of Procharger MAF Relocation

30.00 3.5" Rubber 45 Elbow AHR64B-000
6.00 3.5" Rubber Hose AHR56B-000
4.00 4 3.5" Clamps CL056I-1SS

You would need a 3.5-3" reducer to make your old elbow work and would have to cut it shorter.

19.00 3.5-3" Rubber reducer ATR56I-048

Most of these are gates brand hoses which can be bought at some autoparts stores. NAPA probably has them.

I wonder if I can save a few bucks and use this aluminum elbow

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/93-97...spagenameZWD1V

instead of that $120 piece from ATI?

If it has a 4.0" outlet and a 3.5" inlet it would probably work. Maybe they will furnish the dimensions for you. Pretty nice looking and the price is right.

Old thread but I was wondering if the ATI cast elbow has a screw-in provision for the IAT sensor or is it just a push in fitting with a rubber grommet?

There is a black plastic piece that screws in and then the electrical connector clicks in place and is sealed by a rubber grommet.

So technically the only thing holding the IAT to the elbow is the rubber grommet?

The stock clip holds it in place. Just like the MAF electrical connector. I wish I had a pic.

What he called the rubber grommet is actually the rubber gasket that is on the electrical connector itself.
