you need an accurate vacuum/pressure pump (mighty vac will work, but only comes with a vacuum gauge) and just follow the manual, which is available on the website.
It doesn't take long to do. First, set the zero point to atmosphere, then use the pump to apply pressure and set the min and max screws to the positions you need.
