Paging SleeperZ some q's

Jake, do you know if Jess sent the EDis yet? Thanks for your help.

Also what are you guys paying for C16? I also wondered if Jess would ever take a pic of his fuel system, sounded interesting.

I just spoke with jess, he sent it out middle of last week, so you should see it this week. We pay about 7.30 a gallon or $400 a drum. His fuel system is setup the same way mine is, except he is still using the factory tank for pump gas, where I put an aluminum cell in. Ill have to get some picts of my cell in the car, its unique but not legal at the track. Race gas is through a 5 gallon cell located in the spare tire well on my car. Everything can be switched in the car which is really nice.

Yah,. when I talked to Jess about the dual tank fuel system it sounded very interesting. Does each tank go into a Y block in the back of the car?

sleeperz28 03-01-2004 12:42 PM

yup then a check valve after each pump to keep the fuel in that particular tank

Nice, we need pics someday Jake!

Tell Jess thanks, the EDis just showed up.

Wow, sounds like an awesome setup! Pics and/or details would be much appreciated!

Also... could you put the Y-block before the pump so that you would only have to use 1 pump?

JordonMusser 03-01-2004 11:16 PM

you can use a switchable y block.. so you can run one pump, and switch between the 2..

in my case, I am using 2 pumps, so if I had gone the "dual" pump route, I woulda had to have 4 pumps!

Birdie2000 03-01-2004 11:18 PM

Where can I obtain one of these switchable y-blocks? This is really intriguing!
