Re: P1SC and D1 Help Needed asap!
I'm kind of confused by the topic subject. Are you using a P-1SC or a D-1 (or a D-1SC?).
The P-1SC and D-1SC use the same bracket and tensioning configuration. The D-1 (oil fed unit, not self-contained like the other two) uses a different bracket and tensioning system than the self contained units. If you're mix-matching units that might be your problem.

That's odd. I don't recall anything about ABS relocation for that system. I'm assuming you looked through the installation manual thoroughly for any mention of it? Does any of your ABS mounting hardware look bent or loose?
Are you sure it's the ABS you're having a problem with and not another device that you're mistaking for the ABS? I believe the traction control unit needs to be relocated if you have traction control on the vehicle. If you indeed have traction control, that might be what the conflict is--I believe the traction control units have brake lines running to them similarly to the ABS unit.

I just yanked that ABS off and put on a proportioning valve and line lock. I'm much happier. I hated ABS, though...
As far as the stock setup goes, I can't help you. Mine's all custom.

I ran into that problem when installing my P1SC on my 97 SS... The ATI twin intercooler kit fit like crap... I had to fab a lot of it... I took the ABS bracket off and took a grinder to it to clearance it. Make sure there is about 1/8" - 1/4" clearance between the blower and the ABS bracket for when the motor torques.

Im not sure what exact bracket that it is here are a few pics. It may be the Traction control system. If so how do I get rid of it?

That looks like Traction Control... If you take if off your going to need new lines to go to your ABS. My car doesn't have TC, so im not much help on this one. Did you get the twin intercooler set up or the single? Let me know how the rest of the kit hooked up for you... Like I said my fit like crap.
Thanks,

I did a little grinding on the D1 bracket @ the top. Clears about 1/8 inch. Also had to cut away the ABS support gusset @ bottom. When mounting, loosen the involute screws so that you can align for maximum clearance. Then tighten when it is mounted. I also fabbed my own discharge plenum with turning vanes since the included angle is less than 90 degrees. All hard pipe with a large Spearco intercooler.
