Opinions on blower cam

I was looking into the 224/236 114LSA blower cam. I am currently running the XE230/236 .544/.556 114LSA. Will I see a power difference swapping cams? Will my cam make more power? Any suggestions on a custom cam? I run ported LT1 heads that flow 271/187 @ .550". I got the usual bolt-ons (LT's, 52mm TB, blah, blah).

Hey Jon, blk95z from fbody.com here.
This is the cam recommended for my ATI 9 psi setup and LT4 heads by Cam-motion....Grind # X2161-2222-14+4
Dur @ .050 214 intake and 224 exhaust
Lift .531 intake and .540 exhaust
Lobe Seperation 114
Intake Centerline 110
Should work well with your flow numbers, or give them a call....

Hey bro. You like the cam? Seems a bit small on the duration. How are your torque and hp numbers?

Sounds like we're both gonna have fun this winter! Sounds good. Are the lift numbers with 1.5 or 1.6 RR's?

That's a custom grind using a 1.6 rocker. Yeah the duration seems short but i wanted peak power by 6000 rpm....2 bolt with ARP studs, should live a little longer.....
