Oil drain fitting from vortech to oil pan ?

I am not sure if i have the fitting that goes to the pan that i belive is the drain but may be the feed, can i just make my own fitting to put in the pan something like a bung. The fitting is like 60 bucks plus shipping. Does anyone have a correct picture of the one for the pan? My concern is the size of the fitting if it is to big or small causing a probem Has anyone done this? Thanks

I used a male 3/8 fitting from the hardware store and tapped the pan best i could for the male npt thread, screwed it in, and jb welded all around it. Doesnt leak a drop.

I put it in the front driver corner of the pan on the flat.

LOL, I was wondering I was the only person to use JB weld on that. I went with AN fittings and ss drain line though.
