New Turbo Company building custom kits
www.turbochargedpower.com/
There company took off really big in the Ford scene. There kits are amazing. They are just starting to do F-bodys so I thought I'd jump on here and let you guy's know. You should see the cars at there shop waiting for installs. You can read about that on there sight while your browsing. Check um out.

OOh OOH OH YEAH!!!!
We'll see if they can produce. I've been noticing a definitive lack of people building a turbo kit for the F-Car, specifically the LT1's. I'd be all about that as I want to do a 383 turbo motor.
thanks for the good link!

They have a full time Tig Welder there just making kits. I know there's a LT1 there now. So I would imagine there is already a jig made up for our headers, unless you wanted the turbo in a different location. I know when they first started there was a big demand for ford kits, so they made ten different kits ready to go in stock. I'm sure the same would happen if the F-body community show interest. If you notice and 93 Cobra with the flames in one of the pictures, has a t-60 on it, stock bottom-end, with a B cam and unported Edlebrock Heads. Went 10.38@135 hear at 5,600 feet elevation. Cool thing is I get to drive that car every now and then
. Thats on 20psi though
. There was a stock AOD 5.0 here that got one of there kits. Performance stock was high 15's and with no other change other that the turbo and slicks on 11psi, went a best of 13.0@110. You Sea-level guy's can knock a second off of your time when racing at this altitude. 10 second cars run 11's here. I've seen the light, it's just too bad my motor is 12.5.1 or I'd have a kit already.

ProTurboKits.com have had turbo kits for our cars for a while now. I'm serious thinking about getting one from them for my next project.
Jordon Musser has been making a few turbo kits recently also - basically each one custom to spec. They are looking very nice so far - he should have some results soon, I think he is taking one to the GMHTP 10 sec and faster shootout at ennis.

Price
I was very supprised that the price was only $3499.99. It seems that turbos can retain economy, relyablity and make much more power than most superchargers. I will be lookin to add this to my 94 z and see if we can get er' into the 11's on street tires...???
