House of boost wasn't bad they messed up my order three times but they got it taken care of.

Richard at Ampperformance is bad *** he has got it right the first time eveytime! The heads, cam, rockers, etc I am shocked a mustang shop has been so great to work with since this is a GM!

The engine shop I'm going to reserve judgement untill the car starts.... I have almost given up and sold the whole deal several time because of the bullzit

One of the places I have been buying most my parts is a Mod-Motor based mustang shop. He's been more than helpful selling stuff to me for an LSX. He is in the process of building an LSX turbo kit as well for the market.

I gave up and took mine to a shop lol.

I have patience, but jesus, that tested it.

I have talked to a couple of the guys over at national speed, and they don't like to do them anymore either.

http://www.ls1tech.com/forums/forced...l-buildup.html

^he did it himself, and when I asked him in the thread, he said he wouldnt do it again lol.

Just be ready to be EXTREMELY frustrated, and don't give up.

I was just at the point where my time was worth more than the time I was spending slowly working on it. Took it to a friend that does body work, he charged me 450 to do it and por-15 everything and said he would enver do it again lol.

Shoot me a PM if ya want, I will get ahold of him and ask him if he has any advice.

If he has back-halfed cars before, it shouldnt be quite as terrible. The guy I took mine to has back halfed a couple cars, he said the biggest PITA was getting everything cut right.

I talked to him tonight, he said to make a cardboard template first to match the minitubs, and then figure everything out that way you dont cut up the actual minitubs.

I built my car in HS when I did it the first time, and built it properly in college.
Quit going out to eat, quit buying soda/ice cream/stuff like that, you'll be amazed how much money you'll save. Take out the alcohol, you'll save even more!

I have had this car for almost 12 years now and have bought and sold alot of thing over the years to buy this stuff!

Plus I paid off all of my bills and only bought the items when I had the cash to do so. So No overlooming CC bill. I also work 2 jobs the second one pays for all the car stuff!
