Re: New Build for the shop car
No real update... waiting on heads and intake to come in so I can test fit the turbo kit in the car.

Re: New Build for the shop car
Looks like an awesome project! I have been following your customers builds for quite a while now. I am curious though, can you offer a kit, capable of making 650-700 on a 355 or 383 LT1, with ported LE TFS heads, and around 14-15 psi, while being able to relocate the alternator where the AC compressor sits, and keep power steering? Also will be using a tubular k-member, and hoping to retain the ground clearance that I currently have with long tube headers.

I can... a log manifold setup like DirtyDave's would fit the bill.

Awesome! What is the benefit of using a header kit over a log kit if the log kit will support close to 1000 rwhp?
The Log manifold kit I make will support ~700rwhp with a T76. For a 1000rwhp, you are talking a big single turbo with headers, or a twin turbo kit using manifolds. Shoot me an email to discuss more options so the thread doesnt get cluttered up. jon@lt1boost.net |

Yeah, I love the plate.
Got the fuel pump out, but trying to figure out the dual pump setup. I bought a harness and pump setup from SchurtersLT1 on here, but the image of the harness I sent to Lonnie looked funny. He said it looks like a Grand National harness (not an fbody harness). I need to figure out what I am gonna do. Updates... I got the heads back from Lloyd (he milled them 0.040" for me to get the CC's to 60) and he ported my LT4 intake. I got the heads installed this weekend (my ribs are killing me from leaning over the fender). The rockers nuts/locks were jammed up (I actually broke an allen socket trying to unscrew one of the locks). I soaked them in WD and I'll check them tonight. I used 4AN elbows on the back of the heads and will be using the nylon pushlock hoses for the steam line.
