New ATI Questions
New ATI Questions
Ok guys I need some help here.
I am wanting a SC and I have some questions. My car is stock+ bolt-ons, so I have come to the conclusion that for now I will run 6psi maybe 8psi but no more with an intercooler. I realize that a rebuild with forged guts is unavoidable, but I need some input on the safest way to run on stock internals.
So far from reading here i need a scanmaster and a fuel pressure gauge to keep tabs on things.
Am I better off to buy brackets, piping, injectors, SC, better fuel pump and a good pcm tune?
Buy a SC kit, injectors, fuel pump, and a pcm tune and sell the FMU and inline pump?
Buy the kit and use it as it comes?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Maybe I missed something or there is a better option out there?
I am going to post this in LT1 Tech also.
Thanks

This is probably the best way. I'd try to find a vendor that can piece a kit together for you so you don't have to worry about reselling the inline pump and FMU. Maybe try TenaciousDB.

That would be the way that I would go, and that is the way that I did go. Check with Seth at www.cmotorsports.com. He can probably peice this together for you.
