need help

i have a used STS ls1 kit with the pipes bent for an intercooler. i put the FMIC in and started working on getting the pipes together. passenger side is all together. drivers side i have a problem. the LS1 kit moves the maf sensor farther down and were the pipe runs the cruise control is in the way. i really dont want to move the maf sensor or move the cruise control, so i was gonna use the stock elbow, and put the intake tube from the kit were the cai goes down under the car. would this be a problem? im really starting to think i bit off more then i can chew with this project. any help would be great thanx

Re: need help

all youve got to do is get some silicone couplers that are the size you need, and maybe cut a little bit of intake pipe and fit it where you need. and if you dont want to mess with wires.....just get this http://www.fullthrottlespeed.com/ite...T6~eq~~Tp~.htm

depending on how much room you have it maybe easy to move the cruise a little. i had to do it for the vortech kit.

maybe this helps.
