Is there a way to run the serial number or some number to find out? I'm interested.

Thanks,

Jerry

I think real quick is right. GTS sounds right. I've had it for so long i cant remember htough. I'm remembering a Q being thrown in there?? I could be wrong on that though. I took a couple pictures of the serial numbers on the compressor housing and the exhaust housing:

look inside the compressor outlet (the small dischasrge side) for any carvings in the metal.

If it's a GTS I'm interested...if it's a GTQ I'm not. Try to find out for sure if you could. How many miles are on it? Any problems with it when it was on the car? No metal went through it or anything?

Thanks,

Jerry

Okay, i just got off the phone with precision. Gave them the part numbers and what not, they comfirmed that it is definatly a GTS.

All the fins are in excelent condition, i can get you some better pics and all that if you want.. No metal went though it. It is in great shape.

As for the miles, it is very few. i bought it off a guy named shane that posted on LS1tech alot. He was recommended by Leo from GMR speed. from what i am know the turbo was purchased new and installed by GMR... There was very little mileage on it. I'm going to see if i can get in touch with him so he can confirm this info. i ran the turbo for like 5 minutes personally. Unfortunatly i had a head gasket leak and from there i let the project sit for a long time. Now i need the money so this stuff has to go.

Very good. Was it on an LT1? If so, do you still have the hot parts etc?

I made my own hot parts. It was kind of a mach up set so the welds are very very ugly lol.
if you have a grinder and a welder i'm sure you can make them fit. They are for LT1. Turthfully i don't think its worth it.
