im running the stock crank pulley and went down to the 3.12" sc pulley. im only seeing 7psi at about 5400rpm. is that normal? i was getting 5.5-6psi with the 3.33" pulley....

Not sure about belt slip, but it looks like you are way to rich at WOT.. Might need to get her some more tuning..
