motor build

i plan on building a new motor for my camaro now i was thinking 383 supercharged. but how much power can i see to the whells with 10 ps1 and a cam and the whole nine yards. also reliability. its not a daily driver but i dont want to have to fix it every month.

also any good kits i can buy. and how much should this all cost. i am looking at 5grand total. i do have a hook up on machining work.

also 4 bolt or 2 bolt.?

If you do a search you will find alot of useful info. Also, if your budget is $5000 for the entire project than I would not suggest going the blower route.
