More power TURBO OR SUPERCHARGER???

supercharges still have lag. they do develop max power sooner than most turbos, but they still have to have rpm to turn over the compressor rpms to make that power.

Centrifugal superchargers can't make peak boost as early as a turbo, but they most definitely do not have 'lag'.
